Sorry i didn't post a comment sooner but I thought you might like to know I did get around to adding some material to the Ringworm article about what would happen if left untreated. Other good work has been done in other areas of the article since July. Take a peak and see if there's anything more you'd like to see! Thanks! :OK, just in time, as I have now enlisted the forces of western medicine for a full fledged counterattack on it before I become totally "inside the ring". [[User:Jidanni|Jidanni]] ([[User talk:Jidanni#top|talk]]) 22:23, 3 September 2008 (UTC)

== Your discussion on [[Bruise]] about rubbing an injury ==

Check out [[Gate theory]] as to why it feels better to rub an injury. It does not affect healing. It simply overwhelms the peripheral nervous system with normal touch sensation rather than with pain sensation. Your discussion on Bruise about rubbing an injury

You may want to try the new link on geohack. -- User:Docu

OK, I see one on a geohack page. Glad to see it, not sure if it actually works... Jidanni (talk) 20:57, 6 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I don't know if you still care, but you asked: Mention how to make a link that looks like "[1]", but is internal. I.e., [http://b.l.a/] gives what I want, but what if one likes the [1] style, but just wants to link another internal page but have it show up as [1].

Or mention if that is impossible, to stop security confusion, etc. Jidanni 19:08, 30 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Do you mean like [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help_talk:Link#History_pasted_into_the_Talk_page:_dumb] [1] ? Racepacket (talk) 12:34, 10 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

OK, but no fair just using the external link syntax to achieve it. Non-portable if one's wiki is moved. Hmm, the best I can come up with so far is: [2], <nowiki>[3], where Jidanni could be employed too... OK, do document all this somewhere, please. Thanks. ~~~~
