Ham's Restaurant is a North Carolina–Virginia based restaurant. Started in Greensboro, North Carolina in 1935, Ham's has grown into a chain of 26 community restaurants.
History
In 1984, a young businessman from Morganton, North Carolina acquired the original Greensboro property. This man, Charlie Erwin, is the current owner and president of the corporation. Erwin has promoted expansion.

In 2005, the police raided a branch of Ham's restaurant, confiscating items related to a promotional poker game, leading to the company being charged.<ref>
