Tony Horne is a former professional football player in the National Football League.Undrafted as a walk on, He played the 1998, 1999, and 2000 seasons with the St. Louis Rams, where he was primarily used as a wide receiver and kickoff returner. In 1998, he finished fifth in the NFC with 1306 yards on kick returns, 892 in 1999, and 1379 in 11 games in 2000. Horne works as a strength and speed coach at D1 Sports Training in Greenville. He went to Richmond Senior High where he was a quarterback and at the university of Clemson. In 2000 he signed on as a free agent with the Kansas City Chiefs before suffering a knee injury during that preseason that shortened his pro career.
