AeroMobile was established as a Joint Venture between ARINC and Telenor in 2006. Headquartered in London with operations in Oslo, Dubai, Singapore and Seattle, AeroMobile is a global independent cellular provider serving the aviation sector.

In full commercial service today with Emirates, operational on Malaysia Airlines and commitments from Qantas, V Australia and Saudi Arabian Airlines, AeroMobile provides a turnkey solution for hardware, installation, certification and operation of cellular voice and data services. AeroMobile is teamed with Panasonic Avionics Corporation for a fully IFE integrated cellular solution.

AeroMobile enabled the world’s first authorised in-flight mobile phone calls on a commercial flight between Dubai and Casablanca on 20th March 2008.
