More than 100,000 students have taken classes at PVCC.
PVCC has awarded over 8,500 associate degrees and certificates.
Each year, over 450 students transfer from PVCC to a four-year college or university to pursue a bachelor's degree. To date, more than 2,000 students have transferred to the University of Virginia.
More than 1,100 of our nursing students have become registered nurses with most working all or part of their career in our service region.
Businesses throughout Central Virginia also rely on our graduates to provide a skilled workforce.

Student Body

PVCC consists of a total of 4,675 undergraduates, 54% of which are part time students. Women constitute 58% of the student body and men 42%. [1]

Tuition

Tuition for Virginia state residents is $2,300 for full time enrollment. Out-of-state tuition costs $7554. As with most community colleges, PVCC's yearly tuition is about one fourth that of a typical four year institution. [2]
