Vardhaman college of engineering was established in 1999, and is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) and was approved by AICTE, New Delhi.

It is located about 8 kilometers from Shamshabad, Hyderabad in Andhra Pradesh, India.
