You'll want to read up on our policies regarding [[WP:WEB|website notability]]. For example the website article you wish to publish fails even the first sentence under "criteria". The article contained no sources at all indicating it's notability. Your own opinions on the site's notability or why it should be notable aren't relevant to our policies.
