Weak keep. That's a borderline case. If the information on the article is accurate, he actually received two awards and 10 nominations for his work, so I think he may pass WP:N. On the other hand, there's a Wikipedia:Conflict of interest since he wrote his own article, so we definitely need to check the validity of the awards / nominations.
