Overview
The album starts and ends with some of jazz, but in between, it "explodes" with the band's classic hard rock/heavy metal sound. "En El Baldío" resembles, lyrically, the topics of "Balada del Diablo y La Muerte" (1996). Some songs have trash metal-style, like "La Vida, Las Mismas Calles", "Motoralmaisangre", "El Rey de La Triste Felicidad" and "Al Que He Sangrado", in which there is a substantial improvement from Chizzo, who didn't feel comfortable with tapping. They are not deprived of cords and tapes the other way around in the épica ballad "El Cielo del Desengaño", are shown to funk with "En Pie" and they are used cameras for the recited one that introduces to "Estalla". They don't forget the police repression ("Panic Show") and contribute "sentimental" advice fans in "Arte Infernal". Finally, they close with the Spanish-language version of "Hey Hey, My My", where they use the "the rock and roll will never die" verse as "a instinctive shout of survival of all species that don't want to be extinguished".
