These 'belts' were hardly belts, and they no longer exist. Call them temporary belts, whatever, but it's a bogus list. The table heading "Nation Responsible" is loaded language. Delete the page. [[User:68Kustom|68Kustom]] ([[User talk:68Kustom|talk]]) 01:16, 20 April 2009 (UTC)
