The road is about 13 kilometers (8 miles) long with maximum width of 40 meters. it starts from Awjam in the west, runs underneath [[Dhahran-Jubail Highway]] toward the city center of [[Qatif]] untill it reaches Tarout Island via a bridge over the sea and crosses the island toward the east end. A Road in the city of Qatif in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, the western part of it is locally known as 'Hadlah'.

The road is about 13 kilometers (8 miles) long with maximum width of 40 meters. it starts from Awjam in the west, runs underneath Dhahran-Jubail Highway toward the city center of Qatif untill it reaches Tarout Island via a bridge over the sea and crosses the island toward the east end. Oil piplines coming from Abqaiq heading to Ras Tanura run underneath the road which prevents the construction of buildings near that 800-meter part of the road.
