Recent Edits
It is my intention to see that Hungary is properly and respectfully represented wherever appropriate on Wikipedia. However, it works against that purpose to needlessly incite those of other nations, or to exaggerate claims about our history. Moreover, it makes us look bad and gives ammunition to those who would smear Hungary’s name. Wikipedia articles, for better or worse, are not based on truth but on verifiability. Edits to articles are ideally accompanied by cited and reputable sources – when edits are controversial, this becomes an absolute necessity. Otherwise, we just have editors yelling at each other, making personal attacks, and engaging in destructive and unending edit wars.
