Pro Mix is a line of dried dairy blends designed to replace and/or enhance a variety of dairy commodities. Dairy commodities such as nonfat dry milk, buttermilk, whole milk, Cheese, Cream, and Liquids.[1]

The Pro Mix name would not be seen on a well-known candy bar, ice cream carton, salad dressing bottle, frozen entree box, cheese product, etc., only the key ingredients are put on the label. Pro Mix is the blend of those key ingredients. There are a variety of products that have Pro Mix in them.
