Hope Sandoval & The Warm Inventions is an indie band comprising Hope Sandoval from the dormant band Mazzy Star and Colm Ó Cíosóig, formerly of My Bloody Valentine. Their first album Bavarian Fruit Bread was released in 2001. Bass player Alan Browne from Irish band Dirt Blue Gene played bass and co-wrote on some songs on Bavarian Fruit Bread. Their second album, Through The Devil Softly, will be released September 1, 2009.
