Madrasatul Waizeen is a centre of Shia Islamic education in the city of Lucknow, India.
The Madrasa was originally founded by Maharaja Mohammad Ali Mohammad Khan of Mahmudabad in memory of his younger brother Rajkumar Mohammad Ali Ahmad Khan. In 1919 by way of a registered 'waqfnama' it was integrated into the Waqf-e Ahmadiya of Mahmudabad. It is still currently funded by the Raja of Mahmudabad.
Maharajkumar Mohammad Amir Haider Khan of Mahmudabad was the Managing Trustee until his demise in 1991.Tajul-Ulama Maulana Syed Mohd Zaki (son of Syed Mohd and grandson of Najmul Millat) also served as the Managing Trustee of the institution. Maulana Mazahir Hussain was also a trustee of the madrassa.
