Izabela Bełcik (born on 29 November 1980 in Malbork) is a Polish volleyball player, and a member of the women's national team. She won twice the gold medal with the Polish team at the European Volleyball championship (2003 and 2005).

For her sport achievements, she received:
Golden Cross of Merit Golden Cross of Merit in 2005.
