The Abu Dhabi Investment Council (The Council) is a sovereign wealth fund owned by Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. It was established in 2007 by the government of Abu Dhabi, to invest part of the government's surplus financial resources both inside the UAE and across the world.
