02138 was an independent magazine featuring graduates of Harvard University, founded by Bom Kim and financed by David Bradley. It was however not actually affiliated with the school. The title is a reference to the postal ZIP code of where Harvard University's main campus is located in Harvard Square, Cambridge, Massachusetts.[1][2][3]

02138 published its last issue in the Spring of 2008. The owners sold out to a New York City conglomerate which had said it would come back bigger and better than before. Currently they are only active in defending creditors' claims. On Friday, October 24, 2008, 02138's corporate parent, Manhattan Media, Inc.... announced that it was ceasing the publication of 02138.
