Advances in Electrical and Computer Engineering - AECE Journal (ISSN 1582-7445, e-ISSN 1844-7600, doi 10.4316/aece) is an English-language peer-reviewed scientific journal published by the Romanian Academy of Technical Sciences and the Stefan cel Mare University of Suceava, Romania. This journal is rated as "class A publication" by the Romanian Council for Research in Higher Education and it is indexed and abstracted in Science Citation Index and the Journal Citation Reports. As of 2010, the journal's editor in chief is Adrian Graur, Rector of the Stefan cel Mare University of Suceava.

The AECE Journal policy is to publish high quality original scientific articles and reviews with permission from the Editorial Board. Papers must be written in English. They must not have been previously published and should not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. The principal aim of the journal is to bring together the latest research and development in various fields of science and technology such as computer science, artificial intelligence, pattern recognition, knowledge engineering, process control theory and applications, distributed systems and computer networks, electronics, communications, data transmission, software engineering, energy conversion, electrotechnics, electric machines modeling and design, control of electric drive systems, non-conventional energy conversion, sensors, transducers modeling and design, electro-physics, and nanotechnology.

Selected papers presented at International Conference on Development and Application Systems Conference are published in this Journal.
