Previously she was Head of Theory at the Jan Van Eyck Academie, Maastricht. Born in New York, Golding lived in Toronto where she was the President of the Buddies in Bad Times Theatre, and now lives and works in London. She has also published under the pen names Johnny Golding and Johnny de Philo.
