Eye Scream

Eye Scream is fictional villain created by Marvel Comics. Originally intended to be a joke in the increasingly serious stories that the X-Men were putting out, the mutant Eye Scream was a light hearted villian with a colorful power.

Powers/Abilities

Eye Scream possessed the ability to turn into ice cream. He could, with the assistance of his special suit (Unstable Molecule Refrigeration Unit), go under doorways and presumably dodge attacks or absorb them. Either than that, Eye Scream possesed no other abilities.

Breif History

Eye Scream's past history is unknown as well as his real name. Eye Scream first showed up at the X-Men's mansion after an apparent plan to destroy it. His reasoning was vague at best, but he disputes that the X-Men made his powers seem ridiculous and in order to prove himself, he needed to destroy the team that was the best of the best.

The same day as his plan to destroy the X-Men, a clown by the name of Obnoxio the Clown was hired to entertain the X-Men for Kitty Pryde's birthday. Eye Scream felt this as a minor slip, and proceded with his plan and entered the Danger Room undetected. Whilst there, he set the Danger Room's settings to kill whoever was in it, including Obnoxio. With the aid of the clown, the X-Men destroyed the lethal defense settings and Professor X had set the settings of the control room to freezing cold, freezing Eye Scream, thus defeating him.

Interesting Fact

While Eye Scream may seem like a joke, he was one of the few X-Men villians to actually almost defeat the entire team. Instead of fighting head on, he used the entire mansion's defenses to defeat them and if the clown hadn't been there, he may have succeeded. And remember, this story was way before Whedon's danger room Astonishing X-Men story.
