This is a very general description of the amplifier. Also HEMT should be pHemt, or at least add pHEMT and mHEMT. I am looking into revising this input with putting up some microwave designs in a MMIC design as well as standard microstrip. —--Wallace (talk) 22:24, 13 February 2008 (UTC)
