Father Paul Morgan (b 1964) is the current superior of the British district of the "Society of St Pius X". He was appointed in 2001, having previously been superior of the SSPX in The Phillippines. He is the son of the late William Morgan (William J. Moragan(Sedevacantist), a lay theologian who was an advocate of the [sedevacantist] theory.
