Heini Gilstón Corfitz Andersen (born October 6, 1989) is a faroese musician, best known for his work as the lead guitarist and backing vocalist of the alternative rock band The Dreams. And also the founder, lead vocalist and guitarist of the separate pop rock band "Paradox".
Early life and Paradox
Corfitz was born in Thórshavn, Faroe Islands. Son of Birger Corfitz, known faroese businessman and Malan Gilstón. He is the youngest of two brothers, Eirikur and Ólavur. Only he and Eirikur are musicians. His greatest passion is Ozzy Osbourne.
He devoted himself to music before his brother, learned to play guitar at an early age. In the school he met Andreas Tykjær Restorff and Búgvi Jónleifson Magnussen. With them form the pop rock band "Paradox".
Then in January 2005 only with 16 years old, they released an small album that would played in bars around the town. They were well known in the Faroe Islands that came to interview for the TV signal of the island.
In 2007, upon learning of the success that had the band of his brother Eirikur in Copenhagen, he decides to leave his band and join The Dreams.
Professional career
With the new band, began the best in music life to Corfitz. Is the lead guitarist and second vocalist, his good voice helps he in what is chorus; moreover the talent and passion for playing guitar in concerts.
His young age and charisma, has made many girls fans in all Denmark and Faroe Islands. Always after each concert hundreds of girls are taking photos with him and asked a autograph.
He doesn't forget his previous band, there are moments when he sings his songs with 'The Dreams'. No doubt, a good singer and guitar player at a time.
Personal life
Corfitz has a relationship with Krista Drews Hjaltalin.
