Joseph Fosco is currently the Sales Manager at Rizza Chevrolet in Bridgeview, IL. The Civil Complaint filed Pro Se by Joseph Fosco was a well written story to create the legal minimum of "Preponderence of Evidence",in common language the Complainant shows 51% of evidence for a Judge to agree to allow a Civil complaint to proceed. Mr. Fosco's credibility is in question. Using a PACER account I personally delivered the printed copies of Joseph Fosco's to the named Recipients attorneys. This was done within 48 hours of Mr. Fosco's filing in the U.S. District Court- Northern Illinois. Within a business day or two, Mr. Fosco's well written fiction was struck down by the Federal Magistrate overseeing the case. Mr. Fosco is a bitter boy who needs psychiatric help. He has had restraining orders against him and is dangerous to himself and others. As for John DiFronzo...well he is a gentlemen that lives in an Apartment. He is 83 years old and is very clean, looks after his very sick wife (staying at her side), ensures the building he lives in is maintained to code, and he even finds time to cook for people he hardly knows; all he needs to hear is they're hungry. If Joe Fosco had any class in his body he would leave these ailing Senior Citizens alone. The Lombardo Family is honorable and generous, a strange common trait in "Chicago Outfit Members." Everyone has made mistakes, but sometimes the things you hate the most are inside you - so it's easier to mirror it onto some old folks who don't even know how to find a GREAT SITE like Wikipedia.

John "No Nose, Bananas, Johnny Bananas" DiFronzo (born December 13, 1928) is a Chicago mobster and the reputed boss of the Chicago Outfit.[1]

A former enforcer and caporegime, DiFronzo was convicted along with then-current Chicago boss Samuel "Black Sam" Carlisi on federal racketeering charges in 1993, however, the conviction was reversed on appeal and DiFronzo was released from prison in 1994.[2] Accordingly, DiFronzo has more than two dozen arrests.[3] He got the nickname "No Nose" because he sliced off part of his nose while jumping through a window during a burglary. He has a made man brother named Peter DiFronzo who was convicted of warehouse burglary[4].

After the death of Carlisi in the late 1990s, DiFronzo was believed to have maintained acting boss of the Chicago Outfit. In 2005, DiFronzo avoided indictment in the "Family Secrets" trial of top Chicago Mafia leaders in 18 unsolved murders.[5] Other defendants were prominent Chicago mobsters James "Little Jimmy" Marcello and Joseph "Joey the Clown" Lombardo.[6]

As of 2009, DiFronzo is out of prison and allegedly running the Chicago Outfit.[6][7].

In late March of 2009 John DiFronzo and his brother were included in a civil Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) complaint filed in Chicago by the publisher of KTF Media Group[8] and philanthropist Joseph Fosco.[9] This complaint alleges that members of the Chicago Outfit are guilty of committing extortion upon and conspiracy to murder Mr. Fosco.[10]
