<br />Northern Lights (the play) was first produced in 1993. This play tells the story of stump land farmers from Northern Wisconsin. Many of the farmers moved to Northern Wisconsin expecting to find rich farmland that they could make a living off of. But all that was truly there were stumps and stones which is horrible land for a farmer. There are many dynamic characters in this play that make the whole production amazing for audiences. There is William, a farmer, and Ginny his pregnant and unmarried sister. Then there is Eloise who is a hardened farm wife and her husband is Clayton, a land salesman and their daughter Lizzy. Finally there is Cody the local guide and raconteur who falls madly in love with Ginny.
