Leo Murphy Drona is a Roman Catholic Bishop from the Philippines. He is the third and current bishop of the Diocese of San Pablo, serving from May 14, 2004.

He was born on October 18, 1941. He was ordained as a priest on December 22, 1967. He was consecrated as a bishop on July 25, 1987.

From June 10, 1987 to May 14, 2004, he is the bishop of the Diocese of San Jose.

On May 14, 2004, he succeeded Francisco C. San Diego as Bishop of San Pablo.
