Berkeley College is a private, for-profit college specializing in business and professional studies.

Founded in 1931, the College offers Associate's and Bachelor's degrees, and provides academic programs in business administration, general business, accounting, financial services, marketing, management (including concentrations in entrepreneurship, environmental, nonprofit, and human resources), international business, information systems management, and fashion marketing and management through The School of Business. The School of Professional Studies offers degree programs in health services, justice studies (criminal justice), paralegal studies, and interior design. The School of Liberal Arts offers courses in humanities, mathematics/science, social sciences, English, and foreign languages. The School of Continuing Education serves adult and non-traditional students by offering certificate programs in paralegal studies, financial planning, and Essentials of CAD.

Of the college's more than 8,000 students, including more than 650 international students, over 70% are enrolled in Bachelor's degree programs. Berkeley College campuses are accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. The Paralegal Studies program is approved by the American Bar Association.
