User:TheCCG/South Lafourche High School South Lafourche High School is a public secondary school in Cut Off, Louisiana, United States. It is a part of Lafourche Parish.
South Lafourche High currently serves the coastal towns and communities of Larose, Cut Off, Gallaino, and Golden Meadow. It was the second high school opened in southern Lafourche after the short lived Larose-Cut Off High School (LCO). Later LCO became a middle school due to the opening of South Lafourche.
South Lafourche High opened its doors in 1966.
Originaly South Lafourche only provided 10th to 12th grade, but recently the 9th grade was added and was taken away from the middle schools.
