Nonsense in railway articles

Please stop adding nonsense in railway articles [1], like the Bothnia Line being converted to 3 kV DC and nonexisting plans for building high-speed railway lines between Sweden and Poland [2]. It will only be reverted anyway. /Jt (talk) 21:05, 12 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I too have reverted this type of edit on the UK High Speed 2 page. You add no reference for your change which is unsubstantiated and unproven. If you have evidence from a valid source, please post it along with any changes otherwise please stop making unnecessary changes to Wikipedia articles with nonsense. I even get the impression that it is the mentality of 121.x.x.x to always write about changes of currency and gauges that have not any relationship to reality at all. So the credibility for these issues is quite low.--Bk1 168 (talk) 08:01, 28 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please use the preview-button

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. In the future, it is recommended that you use the preview button before you save; this helps you find any errors you have made, reduces edit conflicts, and prevents clogging up recent changes and the page history. Thank you. Jt (talk) 16:47, 19 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

consider getting an account

Since you are quite active in Wikipedia, I would suggest that you get yourself an account. It is easier to do discussions then, because now we have to write to the IP-address, but nobody knows which IP-address you will be using the next time and who will be using this IP-address, so this kind of comments are only to limited use. I know that you don't have to get an account, wikipedia policies perfectly allow using just the IP-address, so please consider this just as a private recommendation, but please do think about it. And please do keep issues about nordic race, alpine race etc. however interesting they might be, out of the technical railroad articles. Thank you very much!--Bk1 168 (talk) 11:49, 20 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding speculation to railway articles

If you want to contribute to railway articles, you are welcome to make accurate changes. Please try to cite sources, if possible. If you need any help, I would be happy to assist, or there are a lot of other people around here that you could ask (perhaps try the talk pages of articles).

Also, I agree with Bk1 168: it would be helpful if you got a wikipedia account. bobrayner (talk) 14:38, 28 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
