Jing Xing is a ballet dancer from the People's Republic of China, and current owner of the Shanghai Ballet best known for the fact that she is a male to female transsexual. As a man, Jing attained the rank of Colonel in the People's Liberation Army as part of the military's dance troupe.
A documentary about her life was made by French film maker Sylvie Levey.
Her film debut was in 2005, when she appeared in the Thai movie Tom-Yum-Goong as the villain Madam Rose.
