Reads like an advertisment

With sentences like "ECPAT widened its scope of work to encompass all issues of child sexual exploitation" and "1) working with the private sector to adopt and implement the Code of Conduct for the Protection of Children from Sexual Exploitation in Travel and Tourism" it looks like it was stolen directly from a the press centre of the organisation. Are ECPAT the guys who are backing that nonsensical law against fictional Child-pornography in Sweden?
