Per this discussion at WP:AN/I I'm reporting this here to get the attention of a checkuser. For evidence, read the initial comments for that discussion. (tl;dr - All have worked on the Klaus Ebner account on various wikis, and most are single-purpose accounts.) A few of the users above may be cross-wiki, if they are, don't mind as I was just putting together a raw list.
