This template creates stylized registration plates to be used in time lines etc.
- Parameter 1: Image on the left side
- Parameter 2: Text
- optional parameter "BANDBACK": Background color of the band, e.g. "#000000"; default: "#003399" (EU-Blue)
- optional parameter "BANDWIDTH": Witdh of the band, e.g. "20%" or "10px"; default: "10px"
- optional parameter "BORDER": Color of the frame, e.g. "black" or "#000000"; default: "black"
- optional parameter "COLOR": Color of the text, e.g. "black" or "#000000"; default: "black"
- optional parameter "BACK": Background color, e.g. "#FFD103"; default: "#FFFFFF"
- optional parameter "WIDTH": Width of the plate, e.g. "100%" or "80px"; default: "100%" (To be used in timelines)
