Bower Park School is a comprehensive school in the London Borough of Havering for 11 to 16 year olds. The school gained its specialist Arts College (media) in 2010.
History
The school opened in 1949 as Chase Cross secondary modern. It was reorganised as a comprehensive school in 1973. It was renamed to its current name, Bower Park, in 1989.
In the latest Ofsted report (2009) the school was given the mark "Satisfactory". [1]
