Chaand Kaa Tukdaa is a Hindi film, released in 1994. Chaand Kaa Tukdaa, created huge expectaion as, Salman Khan and Sridevi paired for the first time. Saawan Kumar Tak had already given a Big Hit with Salman Khan in Sanam Bewafa.

Synopsis

Shyam, a wealthy bachelor in London, is considered as one of the 10 richest people in the world. Shyam's father, S.K. Malhotra, was killed and his mother passes away after identifying the killer. Shyam's mother wanted Shyam to return to India and get married to a beautiful girl. So he does return to India and meets the girl, Radha, of his dreams. But Radha is a mere pawn controlled by a group of people, of course includes Shyam's father's killer. The Group is after Shyam's wealth and estate and nothing can stop them in their path to obtain it.

Box office

Although, the film was much hyped, it could not become a Box office success, moreover it was released along with Hum Aapke Hain Koun, the biggest Hindi money spinner.
