An enthusiastic sportsman, Philip rides out twice a week with the Quorn Hunt throughout the season as well as being the mainstay of several local shoots. A memorable recent bag consisted of 42 brace of pheasants, two and half brace of snipe, a golden retriever and two beaters, the latter a particularly tricky "left and a right" in failing light. |
