My RfA

Thank you for participating in my RfA
Hello Acather96, and thank you for participating in my RfA, which failed with 20 support votes, 34 oppose votes, and 11 neutral votes. All the feedback was much appreciated, and the concerns that were brought up are surely not falling on deaf ears. I will strive to listen to everyone's feedback in the days, weeks, and months to come, and I hope that I will eventually be able to gain the community's trust and receive the admin tools so I can further benefit this encyclopedia. Happy editing! –Access Denied (talk)

Removing Content

Hi Acather, I'm trying to remove content from my old company -- Big White Tiger LLC -- to comply with a legal settlement. Clearly, your rules indicate that my actions are vandalism -- but I still need to remove this content. I have no idea how to do this as I'm new to Wikipedia. Please help. Hi JeanN, can you explain exactly why you need to do this?Acather96 (talk) 15:38, 14 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry -- can't figure out how to continue the conversation

Hi Acather, We are under a legal requirement to remove all references to Big White Tiger LLC - I can't share details because that was part of the settlement. And, since the company is now fully out of business (you'll notice our much reduced web presence which will go away shortly) we would like to do this final cleanup. One of our friends posted this information several years ago and she's moved on, so now we're stuck. We're just trying to stay out of trouble. Does that help? Again, I'm clueless about how we go about it... Thanks, JeanN —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.50.189.231 (talk) 15:46, 14 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

OK, I'm not really sure how to proceed either. I'm going to start a thread on the administrators noticeboard regarding the issue. Thanks, I'll post a link on your talk page soon, please feel free to comment. Acather96 (talk) 15:49, 14 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Just a reminder...

...that cut/paste moves (such as Mechanical Animals Tour) are one of the problems that we need to be on the lookout for at SCV. VernoWhitney (talk) 20:22, 14 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Oldpicdbl. jpg

This is our school pic. (don bosco school, liluah) its no use deleting it because its actually evryone's right to use one's own school photo.

On The Hampton Wikipedia Page a "Need for Citation" warning was added instead of the Overzealous Edit that was Dome Earlier

It is acceptable in Wikipedia to post the "Need for Citation" warning and waiting a few days before deleting-- instead of just summarily deleting materials.

That is also a more sensitive and respectful approach to the issue concerning the subject matter is two US military wives of American casualties who also helped start a nonprofit to help families of casualties.

Hi, and welcome to Wikipedia :) I reverted your edit because you added a template used to warn editors on there talkpage, the template used on articles is {{citation needed}}. Thanks, Acather96 (talk) 21:02, 15 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

OK, sorry. Thanks!
