Was 'Montenegro' based on real person/case ? as stated in the end credits.
I have to confess I thought the 'the Ballad of Lucy Jordan',
was based on the 'same' person but reading the lyrics it
would require extra-ordinary literary license for this to be so.
If yes,anyone know the details ?

Was 'Montenegro' based on real person/case ? as stated in the end credits. I have to confess I thought the 'the Ballad of Lucy Jordan', was based on the 'same' person but reading the lyrics it would require extra-ordinary literary license for this to be so.
