Patrick Fischler (born December 29, 1969) is an American actor. He has been honored with an award from AFI International Film Festival's New Directions jury.[1]
He attended NYU Tisch School of the Arts, and trained at the Circle in the Square; he graduated in 1992.[2]
Some of his past roles include Jimmy Barrett on Mad Men,[3] and Jury Foreman in the Charmed episode "Trial By Magic". He also appeared in scenes in the David Lynch's, Mulholland Drive, and the Terry Zwigoff film, Ghost World.
In 2009, Fischler began appearing on Lost as Phil, a Dharma Initiative employee in the 1970s. He also plays a role in NBC's Southland, as detective Kenny No-Gun.
He is married to actress Lauren Bowles, whose half-sister is Julia Louis-Dreyfus.[4]
In 2008, in the Burn Notice episode, "Breaking & Entering", he starred as Jimmy.
Fischler appeared in one episode of the third season of Bones, as Gill Bates.
Fischler also appeared in the second season of Lie To Me, as Olson, in the episode "Darkness and Light."
He portrays Paul Larkin in Atlas Shrugged (2011), the film adaptation of Ayn Rand's novel of the same name.
