==Controversy==
3CDC has been accused of gentrification, specifically given the manner by which their actions lead to the displacement of people who are poor. Given the large number of public dollars channeled into this private corporation, they operate as a public planning department without needing to report directly to voters. The 3CDC board is composed of several millionaires who do not live in municipal Cincinnati.
