Christian teachings on universal laws

Prophet Arthur Burke in his teaching about the topic explains that during the first day of creation as explained in Genesis 1:3 when God created light (for example infrared light), He created all of natural law. The Universal laws are non-optional, scientific, cause and effect relational laws, meaning that they operate completely outside of moral law.

They thus operate outside of God's intervention.

If taking a pen and letting it go it would drop to the ground. This happened because of a violation of the law of gravity. God did not reach out and threw the pen to the ground, rather the natural laws came into play.

These laws apply whether we want them to or not and also whether we understand them or not.

Some sicknesses people suffer is for example a direct result of violation of universal law which has nothing to do with God's moral judgment.

There are different categories for these laws: 1. The relationship between man and matter. 2. The relationship between man and man. 3. The relationship between man and the spirit realm.

Areas where these laws would apply for example is Marriage, Civil government, Business and finances.

A. Burke emphasize how these laws are to be kept separate from moral law and from God's intervention.

He explains how for example, two believers loving the Lord, ignorant about God's natural law for marriage can have a horrible marriage. It is principles.

Demons can get access to ones life when some of these laws are violated.

An example of a principle law like this is the law of first-fruit. That applies not only to finances. The first person one shares your emotional pain or joys with, will be the one whom you build intimacy with.

The redemptive gift of prophet, is called to search the Scriptures and to discover these laws and principles which God created the first day, and to find new applications for these laws and to share it with the rest of the body of Christ.
