Arguments for including this article

Leptos Estates is the largest developer in Cyprus, which has influence the property market at a great degree. It was awarded several awards (not mentioned in the page). Leptos Estates has announced at the Inauguration Ceremony a mega project in the Geroskipou area, Neapolis. This year the company also operated the first ever University in Paphos (Neapolis university). If other companies are allowed to have a page in wikipedia, why would not Leptos have a page, a company that has influenced the market at a high degree. It provided and will provide thousands of jobs in the next ten years.
