The International School @ ParkCity The International School @ ParkCity will open in September 2011 and will broadly follow the UK National Curriculum. The School, which is located in the exclusive residential area of Desa Park City(www.desaparkcity.com), will initially cater for children aged 2 to 13 years, yet will grow in consecutive years to become a 2 to 18 years school by 2016. All teachers are fully qualified and highly experienced expatriates. Students of The International School @ ParkCity use state-of-the-artteaching, learning and sports amenities located in and around the School campus to nurture their mental and physical wellbeing.

Location
The International School @ ParkCity is in the upscale Desa ParkCity community located about 13 kilometres northwest of the city centre of Kuala Lumpur. Desa ParkCity can be accessed via the Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP)or the Middle Ring Road 2.
The Curriculum
The three main components of the curriculum at The International School @ ParkCity are:
- The Core Subjects.
The essential core subjects are English, Mathematics and Science. These are taught with continuity and progression from year to year.
- Creative Arts.
Utilising the excellent facilities available on The International School @ ParkCity grounds to deliver a Creative Arts programme that embraces the beautyand wonder of Music, Art and Drama.
- Global Awareness.
ISP believes that it is their responsibility to prepare every student to be successful in our ever-changing world. The Global Awareness programme includes subjects such as History, Geography, Community Outreach, Life Skills,Business Studies and Global Perspectives.The curriculum is delivered via the theme of‘Learn, Play, Grow’.
The Primary School curriculum is based on the internationally recognised International Primary Curriculum (IPC), while the Secondary School bases its programme on the UK National Curriculum. These prepare students for the International General Certificate of Secondary Education(IGCSE) examinations, which the students between theages of 14 to 16 years will take. These courses are delivered by teachers of the highest calibre, utilising the most current teaching and learning methodologies.
Technology
The International School @ ParkCity recognises the significant role that technology plays in modern society. The entire campus is a ‘wireless’ zone, enabling easy internet access. ISP is the first international school in the country to incorporate a fully comprehensive technology-supported learning platform in the building design.
