Did you know that Vatican City is the smallest country, and also the only country in the world where Latin is the official language (still)? Latin is NOT a dead language! Si placet, mei amicae aut amico! My favorite wikipedia page: List of Common Misconceptions. I love the one about Christopher Columbus and the round earth. That is an incredibly common mistake.
