PSBL Bandar Lampung' is a professional Indonesian football club who currently play in Region 1 of the Indonesian First Division. PSBL are a fairly new club, having been formed in 1985, but their rise to become one of the better First Division sides has been swift. Their home games are played at Pahoman, Bandar Lampung, which has a capacity of 15,000 (taking into account both those standing and seated).

The club are currently managed by the English-English manager Alex Stephenson. Their best First Division league position to date is 2nd, in 1996.

PSBL Bandar Lampung state that Alex Stephenson was the man for the job. At his first press conference he stated that it was 'A dream to manage such a club' and that 'All players have a chance to prove them self in the first team'. Stepheson stated that he would like to play 'Successful attacking football'. The new manager refrained from storming out of the press conference after a reporter from the Sunday mirror asked if Stepheson had the ability to take the club forward.
