The title of this article is "List of people who have walked across Australia". You cannot include runners in this category. Does this really need explaining? Walking is walking and running is running. That is a matter of fact. Why does this article even exist, it is not worthy of an entry.

As a general rule, other stuff exists is not an accepted reason for inclusion. However, after reviewing the list that you provided and skimming through the AfD that happened on its behalf, I can allow that - perhaps - lists such as this could be allowable. I would suggest that you reference the article well and give some better statements in regard to notability. I would also suggest moving this to List of people who have walked across Australia, as that would be a more accurate representation of what this "article" really is.
