Biologist / plant physiologist by education, master degree 1988. Worked with local environmental management since then, except 2 years for Dovrefjell council, with management plan for Dovrefjell-Sunndalsfjella National Park and 2009 - end 2010 park manager / superintendent for Dovrefjell-Sunndalsfjella national park and secretary general for the Dovrefjell council. From 2011 back as environmental consultant in the municipality of Sunndal.

Broad outdoor life experience, formerly active in numerous NGOs on environmental issues.

Lives in municipality of Sunndal, Norway.
