Nuclear Winter Volume 2: Death Panel is a 2011 mixtape album by hip-hop artist Sole. It is intended as an experiment in "rap as journalism", [1] with several of the tracks having been quickly composed in response to current events and released separately in the months leading up to the release of the mixtape.
