:OK, now that I'm on an actual computer, I can explain this a bit better. At [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Warlock_25th.jpg#Summary http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Warlock_25th.jpg#Summary] there's a Fair Use Rationale for the use of the image on one article, shown in the article field. Since you wish to include it on a different page as well, it needs a separate Fair Use Rationale for that page. The reason will have to be slightly different (its not the only book in the series, so its not the only means of identification). It is not allowed without a fair use rationale for its inclusion on that page.
